EZT's valued customers may return purchased items within 30 days of the date of purchase provided they are unused and/or un-opened and returned with their original packaging. All parts must be present.

Customers should contact EZT via our website chat to initiate a return and obtain an EZT Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on EZT's part. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.

Items that are used or damaged are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the item is received and inspected. The refund will include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty: ·EZT, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal tool usage and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase. EZT agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge.
